Romania is one of the most beautiful European countries in terms of its picturesque nature and suitable weather in summer and winter. Romania is characterized by its deep culture due to the Roman civilization famous for its strength, justice and modernity at that time.

Romania has many nice cafes and restaurants not far from the city center and from each other, which gives a sense of relaxation, and excellent goods are spread there at very cheap prices. Romania may seem poor compared to other European countries, but its people are among the happiest people in Europe. It is a country open to the world, friendly and warm, and people always feel emotional and passionate. The Romanian people are distinguished by their respect and the use of some English terms in conversations.

Romania has survived the global cultural revolution and the beginning of capitalist thought that the world has followed since 1960, but it has preserved its culture, style and old-fashioned style. Romania is considered the cheapest cost of living compared to some European countries such as Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, and therefore it is considered a destination for expatriates. There are small towns and rural areas, which are cheaper than large cities, especially Bucharest, which is preferred by expatriate workers because it is the economic center of Romania. The expatriate worker can live on a lower budget to maintain a stable lifestyle. The cost of an apartment in the city center is about 400 euros per month and a house worth 800 euros per month, in addition to the cost of electricity, water and internet bills. If there is a family, there will of course be the expenses of children, schools, health insurance and home contents. There is also a supermarket for shopping where you can find the cheapest branded goods. The prices of fruits, vegetables and dairy products are very cheap, as are electronic devices, clothes and entertainment costs. Perhaps not everyone can afford to eat a meal outside the home, but it is easy to get it because it costs 20 euros per person.

Romania is characterized by low nightclub, theater and cinema tickets, and therefore Romania attracts many businessmen due to the low cost of labor and the provision of all facilities by the state to increase investment rates in it.

As for the incoming student, Romanian universities are considered almost free compared to major countries such as America, England, Britain and Canada. The university registration fees range from 2700 – 7500 euros per year depending on the type of college the student wants. The student needs 300 – 500 euros for housing in addition to health insurance expenses and food and clothing expenses. Romania always attracts incoming students to study and live in it because it is an important academic center in Europe. This is due to the Romanian thought and mind that reads and learns every day, influenced by the Romanian civilization. Romania adopts the use of modern, advanced curricula based on practice and training to increase the student’s ability and creativity. Academic institutions in Romania do not seek to reach the top and the highest percentages for the student, but the most important thing is to give the person his right to education and to show his talents. It is easy to learn all professions in Romania because it has all the advanced and modern degrees in every specialty. The Romanian state helps the student to find his own accommodation at a reasonable price. If he cannot afford the costs alone, he can share the accommodation with his roommates to reduce the cost of living, as well as guide them to all the details of living such as places to buy food, clothes, books and living necessities. The student can easily open an account in Romania to receive money from his country in just two days at a low cost and through Western Union in a few hours, although the cost is high.
